What do you value?

During my second year of coaching we created our core values for the team. We had decided on our "why" and now we needed to decide "how" we would live it out. What would make our team different in the way we played soccer. Sitting on the bleachers at sunset we shared how we wanted to use our gift and create a family.

Here are the team values:

1. We support each other on and off the field.

2. We hold each other accountable through trust, positivity, and honesty.

3. We play with heart for our family.

4. We value envisioning our success as we sacrifice as dawgs for the ultimate future goals.
