Leadership Training

I've been an assistant coach for a high school girls soccer team for the past 3 years. This year we decided to do "Leadership Training" for the girls. Each week I would pick a topic of leadership and give a short talk to the team. They would break into groups to discuss a few questions. Then we would encourage the girls to live out this theme in practices and games for the next week. The following week the coaching staff would vote on a player who showed this quality and they would receive a pink paw sticker to put in their journal.
