Integrity: "Walking out the talk"

Personal Integrity - Personal character. Who you are on and off the field.

Integrity definition - What do you think is the definition of integrity?

  • The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.

  • The state of being who or undivided. Trust and honesty.

One of our core values "We hold each other accountable through trust, positivity and integrity."

Leaders with integrity are honest with themselves and others. They know their mission, vision and values and seek to live them out on a daily basis.

Question with a partner:

  1. Share some examples of people in your life or history who you believe have been a good leader. Why do you believe they were a good leader?

  2. Have you ever seen or experienced someone who lacked integrity? How could you tell? How did it influence your trust in that person?

  3. What would it look like to have integrity on this team? What would it look like to not have integrity on this team?

  4. What would it look like to "walk out the talk" this week? What is one thing you could start doing?
